As Cosmopolitan was preparing for its grand opening in Las Vegas, they began looking at the task of recruiting and hiring thousands of employees. Cosmopolitan sought to develop a total brand experience. Turning to Sparxoo, Cosmopolitan wanted to extend its brand to new employees as part of a brand culture initiative.

Sparxoo Solution:

Sparxoo created strategic presentation materials to begin the process of creating a brand culture from scratch. This material was then used during the training and onboarding process at Cosmopolitan for new hires to begin the development of the new brand. Sparxoo delivered branded job descriptions and training materials to help accomplish the goal.
